Do you have a catalogue?
We do not have a printed catalogue,
everything available is on the website.
Do you sell ....? / Where can I buy ?
If we stock it - then it will be on the website. If you can't
find it, then we do not sell it. We are unable to recommend
other suppliers for these goods.
Do you have an outlet near me /
can I collect?
We only sell via the internet / mail order, we do not have any
'outlets'. We do not have facilities for customers but if you
live close to us you may collect your order by arrangement.

These requests come in daily - we are not a large multi-national
company - we are a small family business. We cannot contribute
to all - so we have set up regular contributions to several
charities important to us - we have no plans to change / add to
these at the moment.
Samples
Another daily request - many of our products are pre-packed by
the manufacturer / exporter, we cannot keep splitting packs. The
cost of sending some samples is also becoming prohibitive. All
we can say is that our products are of the highest quality and
many are also well known brands.
How do I use this product / what
is the best way to achieve this result/ how much do I add
........?
Many of our pages have symbols; click these for information &
help, (we are adding these as quickly as we can). We also have
an on-line Bookshop there are many helpful books there. Also, we
are adding links to information sites that may be able to help.
(If you know of any good information sites or groups - please
let us know.)
THE GOODS WE SELL
Please tell me about this product.
All the information/pictures available for each item is on the
website. Some items have a printable/downloadable info sheet
available. (If available it will be 'hyperlinked' on the page.)
Can I print your cards on my printer?
Please consult your printer handbook or manufacturer - we do not
know about printers. Our cards are excellent quality.
Do you have trade/discount prices for large orders?
Many of our prices are structured for the craftsperson to make
crafts and sell them on, we do have a Trade Section where you
may purchase in 'bulk' at great savings - you need to register
as a business to take advantage of this. Details may be found
under 'Information'.
HOW WE OPERATE
Can I open a credit account?
Education establishments, registered charities and certain
businesses may be entitled to have a credit account with us
after placing an order. Please contact us.
You haven't answered my e-mail.
Please give us a chance - some questions do need longer to
answer - we cannot work 24/7 and we do get very busy. If your
question is already in the FAQ -It will not be answered at all.
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
I have just placed an order, when will it arrive?
Most orders are dispatched to you within 2 working days, the
majority are sent by Courier or by Royal Mail recorded/special
delivery on the same day that you place the order - BUT ! - we
are reliant on the postal/carrier services. So please allow 5
working days before enquiring, but please don't wait too long -
lost parcels / missed orders are much harder to trace a month or
so later! Take a look at the status page - in the 'Ordering'
Section or Link from the Index page.
I have only received part of my order
Sometimes we may be out of stock of a particular item - rather
than keep you waiting we send your order with the out of stock
items marked - 'To follow'.
I am at work all day - so I will not be able to 'Sign' for my
goods.
You can have your order delivered to a neighbour who could sign,
or to your place of work. More details can be found under
'Ordering'.
Can I pay you extra for a 24 hour guaranteed delivery?
Sorry No, this is not possible at the moment. Most of our orders
already go via an overnight courier but we cannot guarantee
this.
You have a delivery charge of £3.95 + VAT for UK Mainland
Area, but I only want a small inexpensive item...
Many goods cost far more than this to send - we cover the extra
cost. We did try a rising scale of delivery charges but it
really did not work. You can order as many goods as you like
from our site and the mainland delivery charge is still the
same. - So make the most of it !
I am having a problem buying on line from the Kered
website...
The way a computer has been set up (Firewalls/Browsers/Cookies
etc) can affect the way the shopping cart works - if possible
try again on a different computer. Alternative methods of
payment may be found under 'Ordering'. Or use the contact form
at he bottom of this page, make sure you include a phone number.
I do not want to use my Credit Card on-line is there another
way?
Paying on-line by credit card is the safest way - your card
details are encrypted and sent to your card processor via a
secure server. However you can pay by Credit Card over the
telephone or you can send a cheque.
