Courses
Adventure International offers a variety of courses to suit
everyone, from individuals looking to try something new or
school multi activity weeks to management development
training courses.

Daily Courses
Available throughout August, Adventure International
conducts many activities as a single taster lesson. Sessions can take place for a full day with
a morning and an afternoon session and lunch in
between or they can be booked for single sessions in
either the morning or the afternoon.
Surfing Courses
Adventure International has many surfing courses to
suit everyone from novice to experts!
Group
Courses
Corporate Management
These courses can be arranged to suit specific
requirements. The aim of the course is to improve
team dynamics and highlight each members strengths
and weaknesses.

Development Training
This course is designed for both colleges and
companies, it aims to include general activity
sessions along with group development sessions.
Tasks are also set to force the team to having more
responsibility for each other and individually.

Field Study
An example of a field
study course
Multi Activity
This has proven to be the most popular course. It
was initially designed towards schools and colleges
however it can be used to suit youth groups and
groups with learning difficulties also. It runs from
a Sunday evening around 17:00 and departs on Friday
afternoon at around 15:00. Groups have the
opportunity to participate in 10 different daily
activities, 3 different evening activities and 4
evening entertainments.

PGCE Student
This course is designed towards PGCE students to
provide the trainee teachers the best start to their training. It has been running since 2002 and
offers a valuable insight into teaching and
coaching. During the course trainees sample all the
adventure activities on offer, however they will
focus on the health and safety side, there
development and all the planning and organising that
is required for the sessions to run safety and
legally. They will also experience being in charge
by addressing a group of children.

Family/Private Courses
Adult or family weeks
Courses such as these are becoming increasingly
popular for family holidays. Days can be enjoyed
through a variety of activities on offer,
sightseeing or relaxing on the beach.

Fun Weekends Hen/ Stag / birthdays
Adventure International offer active or social
weekends, through a range of facilities which can be
enjoyed by all. Programmes can be planned in advance
to specific requirements.
