About Us
The Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations, known as OCR, is
a foremost UK examination awards organisation providing
qualifications that ensure that students of all ages whether
in school, college or in part time learning, can achieve
their full educational potential. OCR offer a wide range of
general and vocational qualifications to equip learners with
the knowledge and skills that they will need for the future.
We work with schools, colleges and other institutions in the
public and private sector. We have a client base of over
13,000 educational centres that choose our A level, GCSE and
vocational qualifications that include NVQs, OCR Nationals
and Basic Skills.
Our qualifications are developed in close consultation with
educators, industry and government ensuring that they are
relevant for the contemporary student and meet the
requirements of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority
(QCA)
We offer support to schools and colleges to deliver our
qualifications and ensure that they have access to support
materials, professional training, publications together with
access to telephone support with our OCR advisors as well as
