A passport can be expedited if needed in a
hurry, whether it is a new passport
application, a passport renewal or amendment
to a valid passport, such as name changes
and addition of visa pages. Same-day issue

available.

If
you have an urgent scheduled flight within 21
days or you need to obtain visas before your
trip you will be able to apply for fast track
passports by providing proof of these
departures.
All children from newborn babies to the age of
15 must have their own passports. When they
reach 16 they can apply for a standard ten-year
passport.
Children who are included on the passport before
5th October 1998, these children can still
continue to travel abroad with the passport
holder until the child reaches 16, the date
expires on the passport and the passport on
which the child is included is submitted for
amendments.
When the child reaches the age of 16 the
passport on which the child is included is
submitted for amendments, and they can get a
separate passport. When children reach the age
of 16 they are required to get their own
passport.
Your children’s passports will be valid for 5
years, which can be then extended for another 5
years. All passports should have 2 identical
recent photographs of the baby taken against a
light coloured background. The baby or child
should be on their own without any toys etc in
the photo.
The appearance of a baby change rapidly, you can
change the photograph after 5 years but this
isn’t compulsory.
