The services that are available on a cruise ship vary. Some large cruise ships offer gymnasiums, swimming pools and cinemas to name a few.

Are there different types of cruises?
There are many different types of cruises to over 1800 destinations across the globe, and last from 3 days to 3 months. There are various different cruises to suit different needs. Choices include large cruise ships with a large array of recreational activities, classic cruises which honour the traditions of cruising and exploration cruises which explore unique destinations and tropical islands.

Unless otherwise stated many cruise ships offer supervised facilities for children especially during the school holidays.

What is a fly/ cruise?

There are also fly/cruise packages which include package holidays with a cruise and flights included.

How large are the cruise ships?
The size of cruise ships vary greatly, some cruise ships can hold 100 guests whilst others can hold 2500 people.


Do I need to buy insurance?
Most operators advise that passengers take out insurance; this covers the passenger for cancellations or any other incidents that may occur onboard.
