Core opening times for all centres... To rehome a dog or cat: Monday to Friday, 1pm to 4pm Weekends and some Bank Holidays, 10.30am to 4pm Interviews to rehome a dog or cat are on a first come, first served basis but can also be booked on an appointment basis from 09:00-12:00 Monday to Friday (subject to availability). To book a rehoming appointment at the London site please call 020 7627 9234.

We will accept dogs at any time of the day or the night, or any day of the year but please telephone first (0207 622 3626) if you wish to bring in a cat.

Our admission charges are £1 for adults (16 and over) and 50p for pensioners and children over 5 years.

Please note: children and young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
 

We accept stray dogs at any time but if you are bringing your own dog to us, please visit between 10.30 am and 12 noon or 2 pm and 4 pm, Monday to Sunday. In emergencies, we will accept owners' dogs outside these hours but experienced veterinary or behaviour staff will not be available. Unfortunately we are not always able to accept cats so please telephone us before bringing a cat or kitten to us.

The rehoming process is individual to each and every applicant so please allow plenty of time. Weekends and school holidays tend to be our busiest times
