Why are you bullying?

Have you ever stopped to think about why you are bullying others and how it makes them feel?
Maybe you have been bullied yourself previously?
Do you remember how you felt?

IF YOU ARE A BULLY, YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO.  THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CAN LISTEN AND HELP YOU.

Do you pick on people and make them feel small?
Do you tease someone regularly?
Do you hurt people?
Do you punch, kick or fight others?
Do others feel intimidated by you?
Do you bully others with your friends?

Many bullies find it hard to admit that they are bullying.
However does this sound like you?
Are you making excuses for you and your friends?
Do you realise you may be causing others a lot of pain?
Do you know that around 16 children commit suicide each year as a direct result of being bullied?
You may be causing permanent damage to someone.
Others may only pretend to be your friend because they are afraid of you.
Your family and friends will be disappointed in your behaviour.
You really need to sit down and think about what you are doing.

Why change?
Because your bullying may result in someone’ s death or becoming ill. Bullying can affect people’s lives forever. You don’t really want this to happen, do you? More to the point, you don’t need to bully someone to feel good. You also don’t need friends just because they are scared of you. You also don’t want something serious to happen as a result of bullying – it could be on your conscience forever.

You need to address this issue by contacting one of the organisations listed here. YOU NEED TO DO IT URGENTLY. Before someone gets seriously hurt.

If you try and stop bullying others, no-one will shout or scream at you. They will respect you for making the first move….and respect is the first step in people realising that YOU are a decent and good person.
