| Carex know that life in general is both busy and eventful, particularly if

where and how you should be washing your hands.
When should you wash your hands?
Wash your hands before you...
• Prepare or eat food
• Treat a cut or a wound
Wash your hands after you...
• Go to the bathroom
• Handle uncooked foods, particularly raw meat, poultry or fish
• Change your children's nappies
• Blow your nose, cough or sneeze
How should you wash your hands?
• Use warm, running water and a Carex gentle antibacterial hand-cleansing
product
• Wash all surfaces thoroughly, including wrists, palms, back of hands,
fingers and under fingernails
• Rub hands together for at least 10 to 15 seconds
