CreativeConsoles.com will endeavour to ship pre-ordered titles on the day before release, meaning that you should receive it on release day. This is dependent on stock availability and Royal Mail delivery times.

How do I amend the contents of an order?
If you want to amend the contents of an order, then you will have to cancel the order and place another one.

Do you ship to countries other than the UK?
CreativeConsoles.com currently only ships to the UK. This may change in the future.

I'm looking for a product of a certain genre. How do I do that?
To search for a product of a certain genre, firstly select the category in which you want to search. For instance, if you're looking for a certain type of game for the PS2, from the homepage click on Games -> PlayStation 2. From there, you will see two list boxes. The first one filters on genre and the second one filters on the publisher of the game. Simply click on the first list box and select the type of game that you're looking for from the list. You will then be presented with all of the products of that genre.

I've selected the genre listbox as described above, but the genre that I'm looking for isn't listed.
If the genre that you're looking for isn't listed, then a product of that genre isn't available in the category that you're looking in.

When I perform a search on a title of a product, a list of other products are returned in the search results. Why is that and how do I just search on a specific title?
When you enter a string to search on in the box in the 'QUICK FIND' window, this will search the website for all products that have the search string in their title or their description. To search for a specific title, click on 'Advanced Search' and enter the string that you wish to search on in the box. You must also deselect the check box titled 'Search In Product Descriptions' if it is already checked.
