Peachy Pineapple Punch
 

This smoothie is like a meal in itself with the amount of fresh fruit involved! It would be great as a breakfast or an afternoon snack, you could even serve it as a dessert after dinner!

Ingredients
1x Can 220g Del Monte Pineapple Slices in Juice
1x Can 415g Del Monte Peach slices in Juice
1 litre Del Monte Pure Apple Juice



Directions
· Measure out 500ml Del Monte Pure Apple Juice and pour into blender
· Break Seal of Del Monte Pineapple Slices and drain juice
· Add Del Monte Pineapple Slices to blender
· Break Seal of Del Monte Peach Slices
· Add Del Monte Peach Slices to blender
· Blend all ingredients until smooth
· Serve

Top Tip For Summer
On a hot day why not try adding some Vanilla Ice Cream to the top!
 

 

Peachy Pearfect

 

Adults and children alike will love this fruity number! With no added sugar or preservatives it is perfect for the whole family, this smoothie would be great over the summer and will bring you a taste of the Caribbean!

Ingredients
1x 415g Can of Del Monte Pear Halves in Juice
1x 415g Can of Del Monte Peach Slices in Juice
1x Carton of Del Monte Pure Pineapple Juice

Directions
· Measure out 500ml of Del Monte Pure Pineapple Juice and pour into a blender
· Break seal of Pear Halves
· Add Pear Halves to blender
· Open Peach Slices and add half of the contents ensuring that you do not add the
  juice!
· Blend all ingredients until smooth
· Serve

Orchard Spice
 

This smoothie is an ideal way to kick start your day, pears are a great source of carbohydrates and will help increase energy levels, why not have one of these before playing sport or you could make them for your children before school and start their day the Del Monte way!

Ingredients
2x415g Del Monte Pear Halves in Juice
1 Litre Del Monte Pure Apple Juice
Ground Cinnamon

Directions
· Measure Out 500ml Del Monte Pure Apple Juice and pour into a blender
· Break seal of Del Monte Pear Halves
· Add Pear Halves to blender
· Blend ingredients until smooth
· Add a pinch of cinnamon and blend for a further 5 – 10 seconds (add more
  according to taste)
· Serve

Why not try adding some honey to add some extra sweetness!

 
Vanilla Thriller
 

This smoothie is great for kids, it would make an ideal breakfast, or lunchtime desert! Packed full of peach’s, pears, pineapple, grapes and cherries it is a great source of energy, and with half a litre of Orange Juice in it is full of Vitamin C too!

Ingredients
1x415g Can of Del Monte Fruit Cocktail in Juice
500ml Del Monte Pure Orange Juice
Vanilla Essence

Directions
· Measure out 500ml of Del Monte Pure Orange Juice and pour into a blender
· Break seal of Del Monte Fruit Cocktail
· Pour Del Monte Fruit Cocktail & Juice into blender and blend until all ingredients are
  smooth
· Add 1 cap full of Vanilla Essence and blend for 5-10 seconds (add more according
  to taste)
· Serve!

Appetising Pineapple Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
3 tbsp. Honey.
3 tbsp. Lime juices, divided.
3 tbsp. Lite soy sauce, divided.
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast halves, cut into (24) 1-inch pieces ground pepper to taste.
2 Cups Del Monte Gold
® Extra Sweet Pineapple chunks (24).
1 Medium red bell pepper, cut into (24) 1-inch squares.
½ large sweet onion, cut into (24) 1-inch pieces
Peanut oil.

Directions
To make basting sauce, in a small bowl whisk together honey, 2tbsp. lime juice, and 2 tbsp. soy sauce until smooth.
Sprinkle chicken pieces with remaining 1 tbsp. of lime juice and soy sauce. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread chicken, pineapple, red pepper, and onion alternately on 12 (6 to 7–inch) skewers. Discard any leftover marinade. Brush lightly with peanut oil.
Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning to cook on all sides. Brush with basting sauce the last 5 to 10 minutes. Serve any remaining sauce over kebabs.

Note: For spicy variation, omit ground pepper and sprinkle chicken with Jamaican Jerk seasoning to taste.
