First Aid covers all scenarios where a person is injured and needs some degree of immediate medical attention. This ranges from just applying a plaster to a grazed knee to performing CPR when the victim has had a heart attack (or cardiac arrest).

Here we try and give you some useful information regarding First Aid so that you are hopefully prepared to provide some First Aid if the occasion ever arises.
