Background:
HELLO! magazine burst onto the scene in May 1988 and quickly became a publishing phenomenon. No other publication in the UK offered its unique mix of glamour, picture-led news and in-depth insights into celebrities’ lives.

 

Part of a company which launched its first title, ˇHOLA! in Spain in 1944, HELLO! went from strength to strength, racking up major publishing awards every year and becoming a respected household name with a loyal, upmarket readership.

Today, the magazine is read by over 2.5 million readers a week in the UK alone, and the HELLO! concept reaches more than seven million adults every week in over 100 countries, in five languages. The hugely popular brand is supported by new media initiatives including a daily news website, mobile presence and upcoming digital edition.
