Three of Kingfisher's authors will be
appearing at the Bath Festival of Children's
Literature in September. Cathy Hopkins
(author of our Zodiac Girls series)and Bel
Mooney (compiler of our collection, "Like
Mother Like Daughter?") will be taking part
in a panel event called "Let's Hear it for
the Girls!" on September 25th. Joined by
Cathy Cassidy, Liz Ewles and Joanna Nadin,
they will be talking about writing for and
about girls. On September 30th, Malcolm Rose
will be "Leaving No Traces" as he tells
wannabe forensic investigators and fans of
the Traces series how to look for clues at a
gruesome crime scene, including DNA
fingerprinting, impression analysis, blood,
saliva and worse...!
