What things do
I need to consider when designing my bathroom?
Think about exactly what you want to do with the room
and how long you can live with the disruption. You may
need to involve plumbers or electricians, which could
mean living without water for a day or two.
Budget realistically. Have a look at the various price
ranges around and decide how much you can afford and how
you would prefer to pay.
Bear in mind what style of room you are aiming for and
decide which items are essential and which are just
desirable. Once you’ve clarified these basics, you can
get practical – take down your room measurements as
accurately as possible and start shopping!
Does MFI take away furniture
when new items are delivered?
Unfortunately MFI does not take away furniture or
appliances on delivery of new ones.
What if my goods delivered are
damaged?
If your goods are discovered damaged at the point of
delivery, the delivery contractor will contact Customer
Services on your behalf.
If damage is discovered after the delivery contractor
has left, you will need to contact Customer Services on
the number printed on the top of the delivery note or on
0870 606 1241.
Can I change my delivery date?
You can confirm delivery dates and, 48 hours before
delivery, you can find out if it will arrive AM or PM,
by simply calling the following number: 0870 609 9 609.

Where do I get a replacement
hinge for a broken kitchen cabinet or wardrobe
manufactured by MFI?
In most cases MFI can supply spare parts for all of
their ranges, these can be ordered by either contacting
Customer Services, your local store or by emailing them.
On some older ranges there may be some compatibility
problems with current accessories and fittings, however
this is rare.
