OPENING TIMES

Open all year except Christmas Day

Summer – April to September inclusive. 9:30 am to 6 pm (last entry 5pm)

Winter – October to March inclusive. 10 am to 5 pm (last entry 4pm)

Doors may close at varying times during the winter due to light. Newquay Zoo reserves the right to change the times given here. Please check for closing times whilst at the Zoo.

 

ADMISSION CHARGES
Please check the Zoo website at www.newquayzoo.org.uk for the latest prices as they do vary from winter to summer.

There are discounts available for groups and educational rates. Please calls for details.

DISCOUNT ENTRY FOR BUS AND RAIL USERS
Present your bus or rail card (which must be valid for the day of entry) and receive £1 off entry to Newquay Zoo. (Please note this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including the family ticket.)
Please note that children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

HOW TO GET TO NEWQUAY ZOO


By Car
Newquay Zoo Environmental Park is located just of the A3075 Edgcumbe Avenue, Newquay. When you enter Newquay you will see the brown and white signs directing you to the zoo at the roundabouts.

There are designated disabled parking bays located next to the zoo entrance.

By Train
The nearest train station is Newquay which is about a 10 minute walk or you can get a taxi.

By Bus
The following buses stop on Edgcumbe Avenue with a 150 metre walk to the entrance of the zoo.

By Coach
There are 5 coach parking bays outside the zoo with other parking available in Tregunnel Car Park 5 minutes away.

By Bike
The Zoo has a free secure bike rack outside the main entrance.

Newquay’s Road Land Train
With its open-air feel, people of all ages enjoy a ride on the road train. It is great fun and provides an alternative bus service around Newquay.
 







 

Conservation
 
Imagine a world without ........ Red Ruffed lemurs, Red Pandas, Siberian Lynx and the many other animals which are part of breeding programmes here at Newquay Zoo.

New courses based at Newquay Zoo started in September 2000. Zoo staff are involved in teaching the theory and practice within these courses.
