Charlie Chaplin once said: “A day without a smile is a day wasted“.

Just start laughing, smile. Think of something funny or about something that made you happy, for example your last holiday or someone you love. Every smile releases happiness hormones in your body and the smiling impulse switches the brain into a good mood. This good mood then influences your everyday life, your social competence and helps you to achieve goals on all different levels.

One thing is obvious: Health and success are closely connected to a congenial, friendly smile. This is the reason why whitening products attract world wide attention – Hollywood set the beauty standard with beautiful bright white teeth.

Make your smile unforgettable and distinctive with a beautiful white Beverly Hills Formula smile and have teeth that make a difference.

A smile costs nothing but can give a lot, it enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give, it takes only a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. Some people are too tired to give you a smile, so why don’t you give them one of yours, as nobody needs a smile more than those who have no more to give.

If you smile at someone, you will get a friendly word or a nice smile back. Keep Smiling!

Education Content

The battle to stay healthy by looking after your teeth and gums involves keeping plaque at bay. This message was emphasised by the British Dental Health Foundation during National Smile Month. Beverly Hills Formula is working with The British Dental Health Foundation to spread the message of good oral health. Strong health education messages to promote a healthy mouth and therefore a healthy body are important. Maintaining oral hygiene should be a lifelong habit.

Healthy teeth are clean and have minimal or no plaque deposits. Healthy gums are pink and firm and do not hurt or bleed when you brush or floss them and bad breath is not a constant problem. Tooth brushing and flossing remove plaque from teeth. Antiseptic mouthwashes kill some of the bacteria that help form plaque. When plaque is not regularly removed by brushing and flossing, it hardens into a yellow or brown mineral deposit called tartar or calculus. This formation is crusty and provides additional rough surfaces for the growth of plaque. When tartar forms below the gum line, it can lead to periodontal (gum) disease.

In between regular visits to the dentist, there are simple steps that each of us can take to greatly decrease the risk of developing tooth decay, gum disease and other dental problems.
