is at the heart of everything we do
The quality of service and products provided, the
reliability of our vending machines and
points-of-sale, the
training and development
programmes of Selecta staff and the internal
quality
auditing (which includes a European Quality Survey
each year) all contribute to Selecta's quality
management. Achieving excellent quality is due not
only to the synergy and alignment of operational,
technical, and retailing standards, but also thanks
to the commitment of dedicated employees.
Each improvement in quality is replicated throughout
the Group by the sharing of best practice. This is
done informally over the telephone or more formally
by e-mail, via the Group employee website or as a
result of the regular international meetings held
across the Group.
Selecta also invests constantly in technological
development, as shown by the regular launch of a
number of products designed to increase the quality
of service.
Health and Safety
Here at Selecta, health and safety is of the utmost
importance to us.
We are committed to operating a safe and healthy
business.
We work alongside our colleagues and clients to
ensure that we follow health and safety legislation.
We also continually review our systems to make sure
that we are achieving the highest possible
standards.
Health and Safety is one of our priorities and is
discussed at all meetings within Selecta. We invest
time and effort in
training our staff and provide
them with all the information they need to carry out
their work in a safe environment and provide
customer with the best possible service.
