“What does each product do?”
The Sher System produces exceptional results with products that work interactively in order to cleanse, balance, protect and repair acne prone skin.

“Are there instructions?”
The most important aspect of the programme is the water therapy routine that is explicitly explained in the instruction booklet, which comes with every system. We also supply a teaching video or DVD.

“Do I need to buy everything that had been recommended?”
Because the preparations work interactively, they must be used as a system, not individually like conventional products. The Sher System is comparable to preparing a great recipe, combining the best ingredients and bringing them to perfection.

“How long should it take before I see results?”
Every skin is different, and depending on the severity of the condition and the age of the person, the repair time will differ. It takes at least one month for the old cells to shed and the new skin to appear. Most clients can see results almost immediately.

“Where can I buy The Sher System?”
The Sher System products can only be purchased from our studio in London, either by phone, email or post as we supply clients all over the world.

“What is the cost of a basic programme?”
The cost of a basic system is dependant on the skin type, age and sex of the client (females wear make up). The system is affordable and the upkeep is minimal.

“What are the ingredients?”
All our products have been tested and approved under the strict supervision of a dermatologist. All ingredients are listed on the products as required by law. We use natural ingredients wherever possible.

“Can I get samples first?”
When dealing with a problem skin, that is likely to be sensitive as well. There is no way of predicting that certain products will suit you as no two skins are alike, it is for this reason that we send samples of those products to try within your programme. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to send samples of the complete programme prescribed for you.

“How long will the products last?”
The Sher System is an achievement of technique and technology; the products are so long lasting and the upkeep extremely cost-effective. The products do not run out at the same time. Products can be ordered individually as and when required once you are a client.

“I’m a male, why do I need colour choice?”
Treatment products such as S.O.S Lotion require a colour that exactly matches your skin tone. This is not a make up products; it is a treatment product and not detectable when applied correctly….
