Pressure Cookers
Gasket leakage:
Large notches on the gasket create leakage between the
lid and the pot.
Incomplete closing safety device:
The safety lock obstructs the locking pin's passage and
prevents any build up of pressure in case the lid is
incorrectly closed.
Opening safety device:
The locking pin blocks the lid when there is pressure
inside.
Pressure regulator valve:

Aluminium:
Aluminium is a very good heat conductor.

The inner non-stick coating is applied on a special

Non - stick coating:
Applied on the surface of the tin, it prevents the food
from sticking on the tin when you remove it.
Is also very easy to clean; a sponge in soapy water is

Specific thermoplastic:
For its spatulas, TEFAL has selected a specific plastic
thermoplastic polyamide 66 (also called nylon 66), which
is the only one capable of standing the high
temperatures (up to 220°C) of a pan.
