has worked with many specialists to develop successful
products ranges.
Trevor Sorbie currently has 9 product lines and more in
development stages. The current ranges include Salon
Exclusive for export, Professional Hair care, Long Hair,
Rejuvenate & Straightening Addicts. For the men there is the
Mg, Mail Grooming range. The Salon Exclusive, Professional
and Mg ranges all have miniature ranges, of the best selling
products.
As well as liquid products Trevor Sorbie also has Long Hair

The range
incorporates a highly effective antioxidant complex
containing Grapeseed Extract and a UV filter which is
scientifically proven to protect hair against damage caused
by free radicals and heat styling. This complex also
improves condition and prevents colour fade.

Whilst there
is great awareness of the harm free radicals do to our skin,
what is less widely known is the damage they do to our hair.
Free radicals
are generated as a result of UV exposure, heat styling and
pollution. They are reactive molecules, which set up chain

Professional Hair Care
This range is
the first high performance, ultra-feminine portfolio of
professional formula hair care and styling products to
incorporate a highly effective, unique antioxidant complex
of grape seed, green tea and vitamin E as well as a UV
filter. This complex is scientifically proven to protect the
hair against damage caused by free radicals and heat
styling, as well as improving condition and preventing
colour fade.

dream.

The range
incorporates the breakthrough ingredient 18 MEA (18 methyl
eicosanoic acid) a lipid that is found in hair. This lipid
forms a microscopic layer on the outside of each cuticle
cell and although only one molecule thick is vital to the
hair’s health. It protects the surface, waterproofs and
gives hair its smoothness and slip. 18MEA is also the key to
natural shine and is responsible for that deep and healthy
lustre that is essential for long hair.
Hair is
different ages along its length, the longer the hair, the
older it is. Long hair suffers with age – even shoulder
length locks are 2-3 years old -- and during its life will
have been subjected to a combination of stresses including
detergent and mechanical damage, heat styling, chemical and
environmental assault.
These elements all combine to damage or destroy the natural
18 MEA leading to dull, lack-lustre hair. As each strand of
hair is stripped bare of this vital protective layer of
18MEA it is laid open to further damage which can lead to
hair fatality – split ends and breakage.
By
incorporating 18MEA into his Long Hair range Trevor promises
to help halt the ageing process. This clever lipid targets
and repairs each hair, attaching itself to the damaged
areas, restoring the surface whilst boosting shine in a

The range also
infuses the hair with moisture retaining amino acids which
combat static, improve condition and increase the overall
softness and feel of the hair. Plus, there is a UV sunscreen
to reduce the damaging effects of UV radiation and Vitamin
E, an anti-oxidant that helps protect hair from
environmental and heat styling damage. The range consists of
products for long straight and long curly hair each
formulation containing specific ingredients that benefit the

The range is a
complete regime for those wanting luscious long locks. In
tune with the trend for all things feminine, the packaging
comes in soft pink for curly hair and cool lilac for
straight hair. The range is fragranced with fresh marine
notes combined with mandarin and a hint of blackcurrant leaf

floral theme featuring gardenia, lily and freesia with base

Male Grooming

Trevor Sorbie was originally trained as a barber at his
father's salon in Ilford and opened his first male salon in
Edmonton in 1969. Trevor has now gone back to his roots and
taken inspiration from his barbering heritage to develop a
