  Which breads have the most fibre?
  Wholemeal.
 
 

  Where does your flour come from?
 

Flour is milled from wheat. Most of the wheat we use is from Canada as, we believe, this provides the highest quality flour for use in bread making.

 
 

  Which type of bread has more folic acid?
 

Folic acid is naturally present in bread, however more are found in wholemeal breads.

 
 

 

Someone in my family has become a vegetarian - is Warburtons bread suitable for vegetarians?

  Are any of your products yeast free?
  Yes - Warburtons Potato Cakes and Pancakes do not contain yeast.
 
 

  What is calcium propionate?
 

An ingredient used to inhibit mould growth, so improving the keeping qualities of our products.

 
 

  Which vitamins are in bread?
