Step Teachers ensure that rigorous and thorough checks are in place when vetting our teachers. Child protection is of the utmost importance and we are able to and happy to provide the checks that have to be carried out prior to an individual teacher working in the school. We comply with the DfES guidelines and all teachers undergo List 99 and PoCAL checks. Enhanced disclosures with the CRB as well as our own confidential referencing with at least 2 of the most recent employers are also ensured.
