Formed in 1989, Aardvark Swift is the UK's longest established and
market leading leisure software recruitment consultancy. We specialise
in the GAMES, NEW MEDIA and INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT markets. We
recruit for companies throughout the UK as well as overseas.
Our worldwide client portfolio now comprises in excess of 1,500

and have championed the cause of the aspiring entrant for over a decade.
Over the years Aardvark
Swift has been instrumental in convincing many games companies that
investing in the next generation console is somewhat less important than
investing in the next generation of people!
Consequently we have worked
in conjunction with some of the more progressive and enlightened employers
helping them develop induction and training programmes tailored
specifically to graduates and less experienced candidates.
Aardvark Swift's policy of openly encouraging graduates and our activities
at various universities throughout the UK has proved to be very beneficial
to both parties. Not only have we helped more graduates break into the
industry than any other agency in Europe, but many of those we assisted in
the early to mid nineties are now in very senior positions and have
themselves become very good clients.
For several years we have been visiting Universities and Colleges
throughout the UK offering face-to-face advice about preparing to enter
the games industry to ensure that you have a head start when the race
begins.

graduates that will assist them in maximising their chances of gaining
