intend to run on the machine and additional hardware you intend to put
on the machine, including digital cameras and camcorders. They will
then investigate if there are any compatibility issues with the
software or hardware before proceeding with the order any further.

Technical Support is
available for the life-time of the machine. Even if your machine is
out of warranty, the technical team will try their best to resolve
this for you. When you phone through to the Support team, you will get
straight through to one of the team, and there is no premium rate
number to call to benefit from this service. As well as this service,
1st year onsite maintenance is offered on all machines, as well as an
option to increase this for a further 2 years.
The technical team are
also able to offer upgrade services to machines should you need to do
so in the future. (Please note Upgrade services, will only be
