The need for a well designed, purpose made, fully electric range of orchestral bow played instruments was evident - a clean signal, no feedback, bags of power to drive effects and radio packs - everything to put the string player on an equal footing with other amplified instruments, and drummers!

Developed from our background in traditional violinmaking, using modern materials and moulding techniques, these instruments transcend the usual problems associated with delicate wood structures. Our own pick-up system is verified by Bridge players as the best acoustic sound of any electric bow played instrument.

Bridge instruments offer opportunities to young players wanting to explore all genres of music, linking to effects units, amplification and recording equipment. We supply instruments to musicians worldwide, UK county music services, schools and music colleges. All our instruments are full size, and suitable for beginners through to professional musicians.
