We are situated close by to West Kensington Tube Station with the majority of our properties being near either West Kensington station (District Line) or Barons Court station (District and Piccadilly lines). Both areas are within Zone 2.

We offer a wide number of properties that are excellently presented with many of our landlords happy to offer their properties to responsible students. Suitable properties for students are normally three to four bedroom Mansion flats. We would only expect one student per room.

The average price a student will have to pay is £125 - £150 per week. The Tenancy Agreement is normally set for a period of one year with a six-month break clause.

The tenancies are entered into on a joint or shared basis. It is necessary for the students to find their own sharers.

Each student is responsible for paying six weeks deposit and one months rent in advance. In addition to this is a tenancy preparation fee of £25.00 and a referencing fee of £20.00.

It is necessary for each student to produce evidence of the course and college that they are attending. More importantly clear proof must be provided of the ability to pay the rent – normally a guarantor is required. If this is not possible full payment in advance is required.
