Sister companies of Jewson include some leading distributors in their field, such as Graham – distributors of plumbing and heating products, Tile Group – UK suppliers of ceramic wall and floor tiles, Minster – Insulation and Dry lining specialists and Frazer – With over 150 years experience supplying to the Civil Engineering Industry.

Strong links with UK Government
Jewson have held an OGC buying solutions framework for the purchase of building materials, timber, joinery, plumbing and heating and tool hire since June 2000.

The aim of the Framework agreement is to provide public sector organisations with a means of procuring a wide range of construction related products at highly competitive rates through a simplified procurement process. The agreement is fully compliant with OJEU and public sector procurement regulations and incorporates best practice principles.

The relationship has enabled Jewson to develop products and service solutions to a standard that exceeds the expectation of the OGCbuying.solutions members.

The partnership has led to the nomination for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply Award, for our joint work on Governments sustainable timber policy through Chain of Custody.
