Contrary to popular belief most guitars do not play well with their original factory set up. A large amount of TLC and rehabilitation is required for the instrument of your dreams to come alive. A high percentage of guitar retailers DO NOT set up the instruments that you see on their walls and most of the time you will be lucky if they are in tune.
For all new guitars purchased, they offer a special service free of charge. All of their guitars (electric, acoustic and bass) are set up before leaving HQ by one of their skilled technicians to ensure maximum playability when it first reaches your pinkies.

A confirmation email will be sent to you from the Planet of Sound.co.uk when your items are despatched with the couriers details and tracking facilities. For digital piano customers in the UK, they offer home repairs from a local engineer in your area. The Planet of Sound.co.uk will cover all costs if the fault is covered within the manufacturers warranty agreement.
