Installation

Roger Hyde Limited installs vinyl, wood and seamless surfaces to corridors and halls through to sprung gymnasium flooring. We can even install Anti-slip for changing room and toilet areas through to slate and stone floors via our specialist installation team.

Our specialist installation team are fully trained to install:

Resurfacing

We are proud to offer a number of options to get the most from your floor.
Including the following:

1. Sanding:
Through proven sanding techniques, experienced, professional technicians and the latest equipment we achieve a fine finish, minimising the potential harm of sanding. Roger Hyde Limited only uses industry leading polyurethane seals to ensure maximum protection.

2. Non-Sanding:
Through our Floorsave process, your floor can be chemically treated, safely removing dirt and residue while preserving painted lines. Although this method is substantially more economical, this process is often the best way forward. Please ask for a site survey.


Gymnasia

We present a range of services to provide peace of mind including survey and risk assessments, design, manufacture and installation conforming to British Standards. All work is carried in accordance with BS EN 913:1996, this replaced BS 1892-1:1986. The inspection ensures that your “duty of care” to the end users is in line with Health and Safety Law.

This means:

• That you do not need to source specific suppliers to cover each manufacturer;

• You are guaranteed that all work is efficient, meticulously recorded, consistent and is good value for money

Maintenance work will ensure nothing is missed and the remedial work carried out will ensure the equipment is reinstated to the original specification.

Health & Safety

• Comprehensive co-efficient of friction testing for your floor surface to measure how slippery your floor is. The measurement is to BS5395.

Granwood
Roger Hyde Limited’s fully trained technicians provide a professional sanding and non-sanding refurbishment, maintenance equipment and advice. We also offer a complete court marking service.

Gymnasia
As with sports halls, we provide sanding and non-sanding refurbishment, maintenance equipment and advice, with a court marking service available.

Roger Hyde Limited is able to provide a full installation service and is a preferred installation, refurbishment and maintenance providers for Junckers SylvaSport Systems.

Sports Flooring
We offer a full installation and maintenance service for the Floorsave PolySprung Polyurethane sports floor. The Floorsave PolySprung is a real alternative to wood flooring which meets BS7044.

The Floorsave PolySprung Sports Floor is made up from a layer of foam which provides give, essential for any sport activity to prevent sport injury to ankles, knees and hip joints. On top of this are layers of polyurethane, supplying flexibility and strength. The Floorsave PolySprung can also be sanded and resurfaced, extending the life span and the return on investment of the floor.
 

Tennis Courts & Playground

Roger Hyde Limited has teamed up with one of the UK’s leading constructers of quality outdoor surface specialists to provide a complete sport service.

Through Roger Hyde Limited’s project management, we can point to many prestigious clients including The David Lloyd Centres, numerous LTA clubs and over 50 councils.

We offer two main Tennis Court and Playground resurfacing options:

The weatherseal process will halt the breakdown and fretting, creating loose grit which allows moss and weeds to start.

Professional Resurfacing
Maxseal is the complete solution if deterioration is too far gone. New posts, sockets and edging kerbs are considered and installed as necessary.


Maintenance

Buy right first time! Cleaning and repair systems for all surfaces are available which are quick and easy to use. Anti-slip and matting that stops dirt, rain and snow. Demonstrations are available on all machines and systems.
