Schools Fitness Advisory Service provides INSET training and services for School Teachers who are involved in the teaching of fitness to Children.

Schools fitness provides a much needed service for teachers who are looking to either start teaching aerobics or other fitness workout class to children, or teachers currently teaching and looking for new ideas and ongoing training.

We take into consideration the needs and requirements of both the teachers and the children.

Courses available:

q       Aerobics Level One, Level Two, and Advanced

q       Step Aerobics Level One and Two

q       Aqua Level One

q       Circuit training Level One and Two

q       Cardio Vascular training within a gym environment

q       Resistance and Free weights training within a gym environment

We are also available to run in house courses for your team, dates made suitable for you.

Schools Fitness also offers music for fitness classes, designed by professional purposely for exercise teachers.  The tapes and CD’s are made of motivating tracks which are set at the correct speed and tempo for your classes.
