Firstly we would like to let you know that our name is just a little misleading. It is certainly true that the vast majority of our work is undertaken in the Greater London area. However, we also supply teachers to just about any area in England.

We currently have teachers working throughout Greater London and the Home Counties and also, scattered across the rest of England. TeachLondon has built a reputation for attracting the highest quality teachers from the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.

TeachLondon is one of the first agencies in the UK to achieve the DfES 'Quality Mark' standard. The standard recognises the important contribution that supply teachers make to the smooth running of schools and the raising of standards. It acknowledges that TeachLondon follows DfES guidelines for standards of recruitment and manages teachers well, allowing them to give their best to schools. It also enables schools and temporary teachers to be confident about the quality of the agency with whom they are dealing. We are proud to have been one of the first agencies to be awarded the Quality Mark meeting standards both here in the UK and in each of our 8 offices overseas.

For UK and Overseas teachers we have opportunities in London and throughout England. Vacancies exist for Newly Qualified teachers as well as teachers with many years of experience. We also have requirements for Senior Managers.

As part of our commitment to supporting teachers we ensure that all staff have appropriate training and professional development, with a regular programme of seminars. Teachers also have access to our resource libraries and we have Teacher Guidance Managers who will visit our teachers on site to offer further support, guidance and counselling.
