How it all Began
That was me eight years
ago. I thought I was getting old - but I was only 30! When medical tests
showed nothing my doctor thought I was neurotic so I went home for a lie
down.

I was lucky to get help
from a nutritionist who put me on a wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar and
caffeine free diet. Within a week I felt like a great weight had
lifted and I had the sparkle back in my eye.
Eight years on I'm still feeling great with loads of energy but I've
become tired of eating boring foods with little choice and having to
search high and low for products I want.
One day, over a soya
decaf cappuccino, Jeff and I thought how great it would be if we could
get lovely foods with lots of choice without the hassle and that's how
the Wheat and Dairy Free Supermarket was born. |
