EXPENSES COVER to all Landlords for the initial six months of a
tenancy, peace of mind can be assured by instructing Wilkinson Byrne.
Rental guarantee and Legal Expenses cover can be extended after
this initial period if required for a small premium.
Prior
to the commencement of any tenancy, all tenants are carefully vetted via
specialist credit reference agencies and the results of the same can be
provided to both landlords and tenants on request. This also applies to
Guarantors when required who are vetted in the same manner.
For the convenience of
Landlords, Wilkinson Byrne have the provision to pay cleared funds
directly into a landlords preferred account by means of computer transfer,
avoiding lengthy delays in payment of rental.
For
the convenience of Tenants, Wilkinson Byrne allow rental to be paid by
Switch, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, should this be preferred to
paying rent by cash or cheque.
Wilkinson
Byrne ensure that all properties marketed by the company conform to all
current legislation, relating particularly to the Gas Safety and the Fire
and Furnishing Acts. Wilkinson
