Child’s Play is an independent publisher,
putting the child at the heart of everything it does.
A child’s early years are more important than any other. This is when
children learn most about the world around them, and develop the
language they need to survive and grow. For over thirty-five years,
Child’s Play has put enormous thought into creating exactly the right
sort of material for this critical time.
From Birth and the Early Years Foundation
Stage, moving all the way into Key Stage 2, Child’s Play products are
attractive, interactive and educational.
They bring out the best in children of all levels of ability, enabling
them to work and play together.
We live in a diverse society and aim to
reflect this in the books we publish, portraying children from a range
of cultures, ethnicities and abilities. Child’s Play was recently
nominated as an ‘In The Picture’ Champion for its work in including
incidental images of disabled children in its books.
