At a Fitness
First club you will find hundreds of pieces of the latest exercise
equipment, including state of the art cardio theatres. The majority of
clubs offer a range of exercise classes, included in the membership price,
from Body Combat to Yoga. Members are entitled to reciprocal use of other
Fitness First clubs, so once you’ve joined one, you’ve joined them all!

including a free member’s DVD/video library with hundreds of the latest
titles, free tea, coffee and soft drinks, free newspapers and members
magazine. Many clubs also offer sauna, steam and aromatherapy rooms
(facilities may vary from club to club).

of keeping healthy whilst studying and promote the idea that a healthy
mind starts with a health body! We have special membership rates for
students in all our UK clubs. Student memberships offer great value for
money, as they offer the same access to clubs as standard membership
options, but at a greatly reduced rate. Getting in regular exercise

As a leading player in the leisure industry, Fitness
First attracts a large amount of prospective employment interest from
students. 2003 saw the launch of a new Graduate Management Scheme.
Successful applicants will be trained to become a General Manager of their
own Fitness First club! Training covers all vital aspects of club
