Residential Letting Service
Property Letting has never been a
straightforward business. In today’s expanding letting market there are
various regulations that apply. Our experienced letting department will
ensure that you receive the best possible advice.
We will guide you through
the regulations; discuss the most suitable form of letting for your needs
and the rental value of your property.
We will:
- Accompany
prospective tenants to your property.
- Research
prospective tenants’ backgrounds, and obtain personal and other
references to judge suitability.
- Check
any references through a central credit agency.
- Prepare
lease documents and an Inventory of Contents at the preliminary
stages.
Once these formalities
are complete the tenant can move in, rent will be collected monthly,
transferred to your account and a monthly statement issued.
Your property will be
regularly supervised, maintained and returned to you when you require. We
provide regular inspections and can call upon other professional services.
I.e. Residential valuers/
building surveyors within the firm if their expertise is required.
