Mission Statement
"To assist all young people in reaching their full potential through sport and creative activity in a caring, safe environment - sharing enthusiasm and building respect and self-esteem through relationships. To help and educate young people, especially but not exclusively, through their leisure time activities, to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they might grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society."
Our Centres co-operate closely with Environmental Health Departments and the Health and Safety Executive to ensure that our operations fall within the requirements of current legislation. As an Associate Member of the British Mountaineering Council (BMC) and a Member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) we give our full support to the Activity Centres (Young Persons Safety) Act 1995 and Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 1996 and will abide by it.
