Advanced Food Safety Limited is recognised as a major contributor to improving food safety and hygiene standards through its consultancy and training. The company works with a wide range of organisations from small family businesses, leading food manufacturers and worldwide development organisations. The company also works with several colleges providing food hygiene training materials and courses.

In September 2002 the company launched ALLSAFE â The Level 1 Food Hygiene Distance Learning course. The course is certificated by the Royal Institute of Public Health and commended as a distance learning course of outstanding quality and merit.
ALLSAFE â is a 64 page, low cost, full colour publication written in a user friendly format to prepare candidates for a Foundation (Basic Level) food hygiene examination. Written in plain English with high quality graphics, the publication can either be used as a distance learning course or as an addition resource as part of food technology training for students.

ALLSAFE â provides an introduction to HACCP and is an ideal lead into higher level HACCP courses.

ALLSAFE â has the following benefits:

  • The course has been independently assessed by the Royal Institute of Public Health and awarded the Certificate of the Royal Institute of Public Health and has been commended as demonstrating outstanding quality and merit.
  • No previous knowledge of food safety is required.
  • Candidates work at own pace.

EXAMINATIONS

Candidates have the following options after completing the course.

  • The Royal Institute of Public Health’s Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene and Safety.
  • ALLSAFE â LEVEL 1 (BASIC) FOOD HYGIENE certificate (RIPH certificated).

ALLSAFE â LEVEL 1 (BASIC) FOOD HYGIENE course and examination £11:50 (incl.VAT).

ALLSAFE LEVEL 1 (BASIC) FOOD HYGIENE course and the Royal Institute’s Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene and Safety examination £19:50 (incl VAT).
