â is a 64 page, low cost, full colour publication written in a user
friendly format to prepare candidates for a Foundation (Basic Level) food
hygiene examination. Written in plain English with high quality graphics, the
publication can either be used as a distance learning course or as an addition
resource as part of food technology training for students. |

an ideal lead into higher level HACCP courses.
