Labels4Kids sell personalised labels that iron on and stay on to clothing, as well as waterproof and microwave proof adhesive labels for anything else – lunch boxes, drink bottles, and more. .There is a large range of standard Allergy labels too or you can design anything you want. A huge benefit for allergy sufferers or those with life threatening medical conditions needing to label their belongings for safety reasons such as nut allergies, anaphylaxis. They also have a great online and mail order school fundraising scheme where schools can log into the internet at any time to check their commission due and there is no work by the school apart from handing out webcards or brochures. Popular vinyl labels

The Main Range of Labels The main range is several sizes of vinyl labels with over 70 images to personalise your labels. These are microwave and sterilizer proof, and dishwasher, water and UV proof. They do not fade, crack or peel. Labels adhere to anything except clothing, and will stay stuck. Fantastic for baby bottles that go through sterilizers or school lunch boxes going though the dishwasher daily. The new starter pack is great offering a choice of 20 labels of 4 sizes including shoe labels for inside your child’s shoes. Specially useful for that first day at school. In total the Starter pack offers a full 80 labels in differing sizes and makes a great gift for friends and family both in the UK and abroad. Alternatively the Back to School Pack offers both vinyl labels and iron-on tape for clothing plus 2 bag tags for the school bags.

Economy iron-on clothes tape

Labels4Kids actually do stay on. Their iron-on labels really were rigorously tested in Care Home washes up to 80c. They particularly recommend their Economy Iron-on Tape as being sticky backed thus serving a dual purpose on items other than clothes, but also having fantastic tumble dryer staying power. Even the iron-on tapes are printed with a huge range of attractive images, which is not offered on most tapes on the market. Images are normally only offered on woven labels in the UK. Labels4Kids offers woven labels too (soon to include images) but also the option of printed original or economy tape iron-ons. All labels in the range are non-peeling, non-smudging, washing machine proof, dry cleanable, and good looking too.
 

Allergy Labels Allergy-free labels can be created yourself or ordered from the standard allergy-free range. There are labels for asthma and medical alerts, and allergies to gluten, egg, nut, dairy products, or bees/wasps. This is not currently on offer in such a large range in the UK and is a fantastic idea for children’s lunch boxes at school or day care. Other Products There are also stickers just for fun, personalised luggage straps, and personalised bag tags in the form of colourful credit card type cards with clear plastic loops to hang off your bags, coats or belt loops on your trousers.

Fundraising is also available for schools and nurseries
Details of fundraising are below. They will also offer separate pricing to schools who wish to purchase vinyl labels for their full class lists for school water bottles and suggest that schools contact them about this by email.

How Labels4Kids fundraising works
The school distributes our brochures to the students’ parents who then send their order form by mail to Labels4Kids or order online inputting the school name at the checkout. Completed orders will be despatched direct to the customer.

STEP 1 - Distribute the Brochures
Distribute Labels4Kids brochures or webcards to the students’ parents (this works best when distributing to new starts rather than entire schools and, instead, notifying other parents that you hold brochures if they would like one also), and If you wish not only to distribute but to raise money by doing so then the. The school must register as a fundraiser and the school name must be written or stamped on all order forms to gain your commission or the parents must select fundraising with your group at the checkout section online.

STEP 2 - Register as a Fundraiser
Simply email or phone Labels4Kids with the details of the school, contact person, address, telephone number, email and the number or brochures and/or webcards required. We suggest at least 1 one per child and extra for reception and for new starts. To order more simply phone, email, or write to us, at any time. It is sometimes best to tell parents they have a month to place their order for the school to earn commission as this encourages them to label quicker and not sit on brochures which may then become lost.

Receiving your commission (if you opt to distribute and also fund raise)
Commission is earned by any school which is fund raising. A record will be kept of your commission for all orders received which include your school name throughout the year.

Your contact person will be given a username and password and can access the fundraising online system at any time to check the current total due to your school. At the end of every three months you will receive a cheque made out to the school and a list of all commission earned at 10% of the order value less a small charge for leaflets of 10p each if you are due any money over £15. If you are owed less than £15 this will simply accumulate for you until the next quarter. Instead of brochures you can elect to take web cards for which there is no deduction from your commission due.

They have introduced a new online database allowing you to register as an Account Holder and be allocated a password, receive newsletters regularly and track your past orders placed. Labels4Kids knows from experience that once you have used them once you will want to return year after year and easily access your past purchasing history to reorder. Their new database also allows fundraising schools to now track their commission due and to query their balance whenever they want.
