The Student Accommodation Centre is the “first stop” for all students looking for accommodation in Cambridge. We offer hundreds of rooms in various locations throughout the city. 

The Student Accommodation Centre was launched in 1998 reflecting the demand for accommodation in the private sector specifically for students.  The Portfolio has grown from 30 rooms to just over 900 with the launch of Tripos Court in 2002, a brand new development of 300 single study bedrooms, which has proved to be a success.

The team are friendly and helpful and will talk all the students through the properties, endeavouring to find the one most suitable for their requirements.  The staff are fully trained and a number have taken their professional exams with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).  With over ten years experience in managing student properties, the staff are aware of the stress involved in moving abroad to study or away from home for the first time. There is always someone on hand to make the transition as stress free as possible.

With a range of purpose built halls of residence and individual houses, we, The Student Accommodation Centre has been established to meet the specialised accommodation need of students.

The accommodation houses available are:

Varsity House
This property is located on New Street near the Grafton Centre at the end of East Road, Cambridge.  It is approximately 10 minutes walk from Anglia Polytechnic University and 5 minutes from Cambridge Regional College’s Newmarket Road site, where students can catch a free bus to the Kings Hedges site.  There is a bus station located at the Grafton Centre with regular buses to Cambridge train station.

Consisting of 296 single study ensuite bedrooms arranged in two, three and four storey blocks, accessed from communal staircases with one to three "clusters" per floor.  Kitchens are shared between 5 – 6 rooms all fully furnished.

Anastasia House
This property consists of 60 en suite bedrooms in the main building and an annexe consisting of 7 bedrooms sharing three bathrooms, kitchen and dining room.

Tripos Court
This property is located at the junction of Cherry Hinton Road and Hills Road, Cambridge.  It is on a bus route to the City Centre and Addenbrookes Hospital and is within walking distance of Cambridge train station.

This new development consists of 300 single study ensuite bedrooms.  All rooms are fully furnished with entry phone systems and telephone connections.  The site is made up of eight blocks arranged in three, four and five storeys.  Laundry room is on site and there is ample parking for bicycles.

168 East Road
This small hall of residence has 8 rooms, one of which has an ensuite toilet and basin. The tenants share the following facilities: two shower rooms, two w.c's and two kitchenettes.
