VACANCY POSTING
Irrespective of which modules are selected, all vacancies are mapped specifically for each individual job board. Each job board’s posting criterion is detailed within the posting screen so you can be sure that vacancies appear on the site selected under the relevant headings, to ensure that candidates find your vacancies when they conduct a job search. In addition, as posting is simple, Your Company will be able to take advantage of FREE job boards, FREE trials with new job boards and with the Government e-channel www.jobcentreplus.co.uk


VENDOR MANAGEMENT
In addition to job board specific vacancy posting, Talent Match also posts vacancies to your preferred recruitment agencies (PSL). The vacancies can be posted (1) by email to each agency’s dedicated account management team, (2) directly from one Talent match environment to another, (3) posted directly into agency specific work-flow systems, eg Hays Workflow, Matrix, Skillstream, etc.

Vacancies are distributed and date/time stamped to your PSL; with an invitation to upload CVs and vacancy specific data relating to the supply, eg. Closing date, maximum number of CVs. Agencies attempting to upload CVs already received (either directly via your corporate web-site, commercial job board or from another recruitment agency) will be unable to do so and the agency informed accordingly. Full system audit trail will eliminate the “squabbling” from agencies claiming their CV arrived first.


MANAGEMENT OF ONLINE VACANCIES
Another practical benefit of mapping the vacancy data is for job boards that accept XML vacancy posting, eg. www.jobs.co.uk, www.monster,co.uk, in addition to posting vacancies instantaneously, the recruiter is able to amend and delete vacancies in real-time from within their user environment, ensuring that vacancies advertised online can be deleted immediately, eg. When the vacancy is filled or closing date expires.

NB. If using the integrated career site option, this will also delete vacancies instantly from your corporate website, eg. www.bhs.co.uk and www.mothercarejobs.com


JOB SEEKER APPLICATION PROCESS
However, most importantly the applicant will have a superior experience in applying for your vacancies online. As data is automatically extracted from their CV, the time they spend completing your on line application form will be cut dramatically. This helps you in two ways (1) the applicant is more likely to invest the time completing** the application process (2) applicants that are considered unsuitable will be retained in your exclusive talent-pool and matched against future vacancies*.

All applicants are automatically scored and ranked enabling the recruiter to concentrate on the candidates that most closely match the role. Our technology does not use word or correlated word searches but “reads” the CV using a holistic set of skills and experiences. This defines each candidate’s strengths and measures their suitability against the role.

**Since www.jobs.co.uk implemented burning glass as part of the registration process, the percentage of applicants completing the registration process increased from 14% (the industry average) to 65% within 2 weeks. One customer recorded the number of online applications increased from 4k to 22k within 6 months of implementing this technology.


ERP/HR INTEGRATION
