The
service provided is comprehensive and takes you through the process
smoothly:

Complete the
on-line questionnaire and secure order form; or
·
Submit your
existing CV for an in-depth, no obligation appraisal (normally within 24
hours). This appraisal will highlight positives and negatives and give
you a step by step outline of work necessary to upgrade the CV to a
professional standard. Should you wish to proceed, a price and timescale
is also included, with a link to a secure order form.

On receipt of
the order, despatch of the first draft, normally by email, is guaranteed
within a period of ten working days. This could be anything from five to
ten working days depending on workload.

When you
receive your first draft you will be able to inspect it thoroughly. You
will have the opportunity to ask for any amendments or modifications at
this point, and there is no time limit or restrictions on the amount of
amendments. Normally however these are minimal. You also have the
security of a guarantee that we will continue to work on your CV, at no
additional cost, until you are completely happy with the final document.

We welcome
input at this stage and encourage email or telephone contact to ensure
that the CV is fine-tuned to your requirements.

Following
despatch of your final CV, including an electronic copy and a posted hard
copy, the transaction is finished, but the CV will be retained on our
database in case of future updates. We have many clients who return on a
regular basis for this service, and it is pleasing to see their progress
